Terms of Service

1. The website

These pages describe damp surveys and treatment. A page is an invitation to ask for a quote. It is not itself a contract to start work.

2. Quotes

A price is confirmed in writing after we know the property, the damp type and the access. Work starts when you accept that quote.

3. Surveys

A survey diagnoses moisture. It is not a full building survey, a valuation, or a legal report unless the quote says so.

4. Guarantees

Where a system carries a guarantee, the term and the conditions are in the written quote. They apply to the treatment described, not to every future leak.

5. Your property

Please tell us about asbestos, vulnerable occupants, and anything that must stay covered. We need safe access to the rooms and, where relevant, the outside walls.
