Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Damp Specialist provides damp surveys and treatment across the UK. Enquiries sent through this website are read by the team that arranges those visits.

2. What you send us

The quote form asks for your name, email, phone number, postcode and a description of the damp. We also store the page address and browser details that arrive with the form, so we can see which service you were reading.

3. How we use it

We use those details to reply, arrange a survey, and keep a record of the quote. We do not sell the list.

4. How long we keep it

Enquiry records stay while the quote or the job is open, and for a normal accounting period after that.

5. Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete an enquiry by emailing contact@dampspecialist.org.uk.

6. Contact

Email contact@dampspecialist.org.uk about this policy. The quote form and WhatsApp are the ways to reach us about a property.
